It's been an exciting January for the MonetizeNow team.  We’ve added several new features to further elevate your monetization strategy and make your team's lives easier.  

🌟 New features

Upfront Invoicing of Multi-year Deals.

Invoice upfront for any length of contract, be it annual, 2 years, or even 15 months.  

  • Why we built it: Improves cash flow timing and minimizes risk of non-payment.  
  • Expert tip: Pair with a ramp to bake in your customer’s growth.

Price Uplift on Renewal.

Pre-agree with your customer on price increases at renewal.

  • Why we built it: Inflation not only eats away at buying power for individuals, but also companies.  Grow NDR by setting expectations with your customer that prices increase at renewal.

Auto-Renewal Configurability.

Set contracts to auto-renew and MonetizeNow will process them automatically. 

  • Why we built it: Automatically renewing deals for a predetermined amount of time increases renewal rates and simplifies life for CSMs and your customer.

    • Pair with price uplift on renewal.
    • Before turning on auto-renewal, update flows in CRM to auto-create and win auto-renewal opportunities

CRM Field Mapping, Custom Fields, and Conditional Terms. 

  • Why we built it: Your selling process is unique to you. We’re excited to give you even more flexibility to automatically tailor your approvals and term insertion to your specific needs.
  • Expert tips:
    • Insert terms on Quotes based on account type from CRM without risking copy/paste mistakes.
    • Create custom fields for marketing activity opt-in and insert a conditional term to get explicit customer approval. Track customers that have opted in using Reporting.

Percent of Total Pricing Model

Price subscription products as a % of the price of other product(s) on the quote.

  • Why we built it: Companies commonly have products priced as a % of other products, most commonly Support.  Sales Reps shouldn’t have to worry about that math when it can be automated.  
  • Try it: Try adding a SaaS and a percent of total product to a new quote, process the quote, and then amend the contract to add more licenses.  The amendment quote will automatically increase the price of the percent of total product!
